La linea sanitaria del Meccanismo Europeo di Stabilità: nè leviatano, nè panacea

The aim of this paper is to analyze the Pandemic Crisis Support Credit Line(PCSCL) of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) and its possibile usefulness in the current italian scenario. In order to achieve these goals, the present work combines law, economics and politics, providing, at the end, a pattern which could represent the backbone of an unbiased discussion on the subject
