Una distorta lettura di Plessner. L'occasione perduta di Honneth e Joas

The essay attempts to show that Axel Honneth and Hans Joas, in their book entitled Soziales Handeln und menschliche Natur, provide a distorted and misleading reading of Helmuth Plessner's philosophical anthropology. In particular, they superficially trace Plessner's thought to the positions of Arnold Gehlen and also unduly insist on a phenomenological and hermeneutic character of Plessner's philosophy without this having any plausible justification.
