The orientation, favourable for the passenger, for the purpose of declaring the Italian jurisdiction, inaugurated with the most dating of the two orders in comment is confirmed in the most recent provision, in which the Supreme Court takes an express position with regards to the breadth of the expression "damage occasioned by delay in the carriage by air”.
