The volume presents the first results of the inter-departmental research project entitled Inclusive memory. Promotion and development of a collective and inclusive memory through innovative teaching methods of museum education, funded by the University Roma Tre. The idea for this project is rooted in the consideration that museums are increasingly regarded as educational places, not only in terms of the permanent and temporary exhibitions they offer, but also with reference to the idea of social and cultural integration. The project fosters the construction of a shared and collective social memory through an inclusive system within the museum.
