Il diritto alla “conoscibilità” del contratto collettivo e gli obblighi informativi in materia retributiva e previdenziale

The essay analyzes some provisions of Legislative Decree no. 152 of 1997 after the amendments introduced by Legislative Decree no. 104 of 2022 (so-called Transparency Decree). In particular, the subject of the analysis are the provisions which establish the obligation for the employer to inform the worker about the collective agreement, of any level, applied in the company; the elements that make up the initial salary and, lastly, the entities that are responsible for receiving social security and insurance contributions. The essay focuses, in some cases, on some application issues, illustrating, in terms of impact, the potential, benefits and critical issues of this law.
