Do teletrabalho ao trabalho híbrido: a evolução regulatória italiana do fenômeno da desconstrução do local de trabalho.

The author analyzes the Italian regulatory parable of the provision of subordinate work performed outside the classic place of performance, represented by the company. In particular, the essay start from the examination of the most ancient institution, home working, to arrive at examining the discipline of teleworking and today the so-called hybrid work.
In Italy, a typical example of hybrid work can be found in “lavoro agile”, introduced by law no. 81 of 2017, i.e. well before the pandemic, which was undoubtedly a strong accelerator of changes that had already been underway for some time, especially with regard to the topic in question.
