abstract:
The contemporary capitalist system is different from the capitalist system described in "The Society of the Spectacle", but in "Comments on the Society of the Spectacle" (1988) Guy Debord claimed that in the advanced societies the spectacle manifests itself in the form of “Integrated Spectacle”. A concept that is useful to understand the current “Aesthetic Capitalism”.
