The objective of the project is the implementation of an open standard digital platform for the information enrichment of integrated digital models of the urban environment to support the management of the intervention on existing built heritage from a strategic planning perspective. The project aims to define an application protocol of key enabling technologies and CIM (City Information Modeling) integrated in the direction of the development of Digital Twins applied at the urban scale. The integration of information sources of different nature (satellite, GIS, point clouds, integrated sensors, monitoring, BIM) allows the modeling and representation of outcome scenarios and the development of collaborative platforms, as well as their training through artificial intelligence protocols and machine learning. The project starts from research results already validated with reference to specific purposes related to the intervention on the existing heritage ("InSPiRE", "RESISTO", "MIMESIS" projects), but expands the products starting from tests conducted on different local areas and on a pilot case representative of complex intervention areas at the urban scale to enrich application and data management protocols in the "INCITE" digital platform.
