Nuovi Orientamenti d’Impresa. Programma di incubazione ad impatto sociale al Laboratorio Aperto dei Chiostri di San Pietro

Project
The incubation program NUOVI ORIENTAMENTI DI IMPRESA is implemented thanks to the European Funds of the Emilia-Romagna Region (Pr Fesr 2021-2027, Priority 1, action 1.1.6) with the aim of developing incubators and accelerators in Emilia-Romagna capable of attracting new talent, developing new projects also involving consolidated companies in the area, connecting with national and international players. NOI was designed on the basis of the chosen projects, the Reggio Emilia context and the strategic project objectives for the promoters (Laboratorio Aperto/Consorzio Quarantacinque, Municipality of Reggio Emilia, Unimore, Fondazione REI) and is built on the principles of lean and design thinking methodologies. The goal is to accompany, grow and found 10 new responsible companies that are economically solid and create a positive social, cultural and environmental impact. The program aims to study the context and targets, develop an offer, an impact strategy and networks, validate the idea, model and test the business model. In line with the methodologies mentioned and based on the needs of the context and the strategic interests of the promoters, the program sees a consistent integration of activities with a focus on co-design and prototyping, aimed at giving substance to entrepreneurial ideas and anchoring them to the reference reality with the involvement of relevant stakeholders, both public and private. ìNOI provides a combination of theoretical and practical approach, to provide skills and knowledge but at the same time also continue in the development of the idea and its implementation. During the course, the methodology adopted will allow personalized support and peer to peer learning.
