ProjectGENERAL OBJECTIVE
To assess the potential health effects on workers exposed to electromagnetic field (EMF) levels exceeding the exposure limit values (ELVs) established by Legislative Decree 81/08, with the aim of identifying conditions under which workers’ health and safety can still be ensured when derogations from the ELVs are applied. This assessment will provide the institutional technical committee established by the Interministerial Decree of 30 September 2022 with the necessary scientific evidence to evaluate derogation requests, as well as practical guidance for employers who may need to apply for such derogations.
