Osservatorio provinciale contro le discriminazioni di genere in ambito lavorativo: dal progetto di Rete al progetto di Territorio
Project The Department is committed to carrying out, in collaboration with the Province, the areas of activity required for the research project, specifically:
- the first involves the statistical operationalization of data and is aimed at consolidating the collection and processing work carried out to date and continuing the development of a sort of "provincial" version of the EIGE Gender Equality Index (GEI), following its logic to the extent possible and with awareness of political and technical constraints;
- the second concerns the sharing and systematization of knowledge, with the development of a sort of "integrated archive of data on gender work," obtained from qualitative and quantitative information obtained from various sources;
- The third is related to strengthening the connection between the experiences and knowledge emerging from the Observatory's work in terms of data collection, processing, and analysis and the proposed definition of new tools, best practices, and action methods for the protection of women at work. This will include a "continuous laboratory" program that will involve partners in communication and dissemination of the Observatory's findings to promote the necessary cultural change, starting from schools/universities and the world of work, all the way to citizens.
