European enlargement and its effects on the Mediterranean

The harmonic and flexible framework of the Partnership, in which different forms of cooperation were mutually sustained, cannot be taken for granted, but must be supported and framed through coherent choices, that seem to ask for a greater determination and participation in defining the actions of the European Neighbourhood Policy.
