Abstract:
Bringing evidences from recently performed studies in the research centre of world leading chemical company, we will first argue for the importance of the concept of internal knowledge, especially Work Process Knowledge, in corporate restructuring, and then discuss three examples on how such knowledge can be valued, maintained and transferred.
