The essay, in honour of colleague Gulay Gunluk Senesen, contains a discussion on the nexus between the capability approach to gender budgeting and the realization of human rights the essay starts with the presentation of well-being gender budgeting for then demonstrates how it can be used to show failure in the achievement of a specific human rights.
