A text examining the relationship between eschatological beliefs and political practices within Brazilian Pentecostalism. Considering that, despite shifts in political modus operandi and the spread of Dominion Theology elements, pre-millennialism remains the official theology of most Pentecostal denominations, this reflection seeks to highlight the limitations of theology alone in explaining Pentecostal political practices. It does so by situating the impact of eschatological beliefs within broader institutional, social, and cultural dynamics.
