The book contains the contributions presented at a French-Italian conference held at the University of Limoges in July 2022, which is the first event organized in the framework of a scientific cooperation set up by a pool of French Universities (Lille, Nantes and Limoges) and the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento . The volume focuses on some cutting-edge legal issues concerning the environment and digitalization, particularly the impact of modern technologies on fundamental rights.
