La parità di genere attraverso il linguaggio: uno strumento di cultura!

Project
Implementation of interventions on the theme of promoting education and training in gender citizenship and the culture of non-discrimination, as a tool for preventing and combating all possible violence, involving the entire territory. The expected results of the project, which reflects the objectives of the Gender Equality Plan contained in the University's Strategic Plan 2020 - 2025, adopted in accordance with the European Commission's Guidelines and the Guidelines of the CRUI's Gender Issues Commission, consist of an increase in the culture of gender equality in the province of Modena, of equality and non-discrimination, through the adoption of a use of language that gives visibility and recognises the active role of women in society in daily communication and in that of the Public Administration, as envisaged by the Emilia Romagna Regional Law 2014/6. To this end, the scientific planning, organisation and implementation of a series of training and information meetings aimed at the women and men in charge of the Urp of the Province of Modena, held at the Province's headquarters, and at the women and men in charge of the Urp of the Municipalities of the Province of Modena and of the Unions of Municipalities that make it up, held in Bomporto and Unione Comuni Sorbara; Pavullo and Unione Comuni del Frignano; San Felice sul Panaro and Unione dei Comuni Modenesi Area Nord.
