SAFE is a pilot scheme offering fellowships for at risk doctoral and postdoctoral researchers of any non-EU nationality to work at a research institution in the EU. It is funded by the European Commission and implemented by a consortium consisting of the DAAD, Campus France, PAUSE and UNIMED.
